1. Welcome, apologies and declarations of interest

Attendees were welcomed to the meeting.

There were no new declarations of interest.

No apologies were noted.

2. Minutes of previous meetings

The minutes of the following meetings were approved:

The Chair commended the quality of the minutes that the panel had received.

There was a request for the time to be reduced between meetings and the publication of minutes.

It was noted that all minutes of DAP meetings from January 2024 onwards will be published on the Commission website for transparency purposes. The panel agreed that this was a good thing.

4. Future Planning

The Chair noted the recent conversation that he had had with the Commission’s Interim Chair and confirmed that there is active discussion within the Commission regarding the DAP Chair vacancy, which will be open from May this year.

5. GamProtect: Update

The DAP Chair gave an overview of the communications he has had with the Commission regarding GamProtect and opened the floor for DAP members to provide their responses to the update.
